Where the Rig Travels: Spray Foam Service Area
01 the radius
A spray foam rig is a rolling factory: proportioner, hoses, compressor, and material heat all ride in the trailer, so the cost of a job barely changes whether the building sits ten minutes from the shop or sixty. That is why this trade travels farther than most. A rim seal alone does not justify a ninety-minute round trip, but an attic package, a crawl space conversion, or any pole barn absolutely does, and we route the small jobs so they share a trip with a big one nearby.
The map below shows how we think about the territory from our base at 961 W Clairemont Avenue in Eau Claire: an inner band we can reach between other jobs, a 30 minute band we work every week, and an hour band where the rig goes for the right-sized project. At an hour out, the project decides the trip. An attic package, an encapsulation, or any pole barn carries the drive without blinking; a lone rim seal out here gets scheduled onto a day the rig is already close, and we say so up front.
