01 the tool
Pick the project, slide the size, and this tool hands back a planning range built from the national installed rates published across this site. The range is wide on purpose. Two identical-looking attics can price a thousand dollars apart on access, prep, and old-insulation removal, and no slider can see inside your building. What the range is good for is the go or no-go conversation: whether the project fits this year's budget or next year's. The number that goes on paper comes from a free on-site measurement, and it stays free whether or not you book the work.
02 run it
Based on roughly $1.00 to $2.50 per square foot installed for attic-floor work. Access, prep, and removal move real quotes inside and past this band.
This tool produces a broad planning range from published national installed-rate data. It is not a quote, an offer, or a price commitment, and actual project pricing can fall outside the range shown. Every real number we put in writing comes from a free on-site measurement of the specific building.
03 why the range is wide
What the Slider Cannot See
Foam is priced on board feet, and board feet depend on depth as much as area, which the slider approximates with typical targets for each project type. The bigger unknowns are physical. A scuttle-hatch attic takes staging a walk-up does not. Batts that come out damp add disposal cost. A crawl space with standing-water history needs the water problem solved before the liner goes down, and an occupied shop needs contents moved and masked before a panel gets sprayed. None of that is visible from a browser, all of it is visible in a twenty-minute walkthrough, and that is the whole argument for the free assessment: it converts this page's range into one written number that holds.
The per-square-foot bands behind each project type live on their service pages: attic, crawl space, basement walls, rim joist, pole barn, and garage. If the range fits your budget, the next step costs an hour and nothing else.
Turn the Range Into a Real Number
Call or text (715) 716-7940, or send the form with your project and town. The on-site measurement is free anywhere in the service area, and the estimate arrives written and stays good whether you book this season or sit on it until spring.
